This little sweetheart was found by some tourist’s who bought her straight to BARC. She was lying in the middle of the road, not moving. She had a rope tied she had a rope tied so tightly around her neck it had caused huge gashes in her skin.

She was taken up to Sunset Vet for a full check up and assessment – they found she was dehydrated, malnourished & terrified but the verdict was that she could recover. She is one very lucky girl, hence the name!

Lucky is currently in the BARC clinic awaiting her vaccination and learning to trust people again. We have no idea what happened to Lucky before arriving at BARC, but her fear of humans does let us know it was not good! She may take some time to heal and learn to fully trust before we can find her a loving home.

Signing up to support Lucky under our virtual adoption program is just like adopting your own dog, without the day to day work involved. Your contribution covers the cost of her care and energetically lets her know that someone out there is sending some love her way! You will receive updates and be able to form a bond with Barloc as she recovers. And who knows, maybe one day you will make it to Bali for some cuddle time. Lucky is currently at the BARC Clinic in Ubud.

Lucky’s rescuers left us with a 500,000 rupiah ($35 USD) donation. This has been put toward her initial veterinary treatment, but some additional funds need to be raised to support her initial recovery; medicated washes, initial vaccinations, etc. Once her condition improves the one off donations will be closed as our true desire here is to match Lucky with a guardian angel who will virtually adopt her until a suitable home can be found.
